46100 Royal Scot
Tuesday 14th June 2016 I was at Castleford to see Royal Scot. I had wanted to see this engine for about 40 years. The three most famous steam engines were Mallard, Flying Scotsman and Royal Scot. She was the last of the three I needed to see. She turned up 90 minutes late with 67022 as her banker. The following day on Wednesday 15th June 2016 I went to the National Railway Museum, York to see 46100 Royal Scot before her planned light engine move to the North Norfolk Railway. After the fault of yesterday she was being repaired and the move cancelled. I took the opportunity to get lots of photos of Royal Scot. Here are those photographs.Last updated 15/6/2016.
